Hyatt to Expand Alila Brand in Americas With First New-Build Resort
国语两人做人爱费视频 Hyatt Hotels Corporation has plans for the first new-build Alila resort in the Americas, located in Encinitas, CA, a beach town in San Diego’s North County Coastal region. Developed by JMI Realty and Fenway Capital Advisors, Alila Marea Beach Resort Encinitas will add to Hyatt’s growing Alila brand portfolio, joining Ventana Big Sur, an Alila Resort, as the brand’s second hotel in California and the U.S., along with 14 other luxury properties worldwide.
Alila Marea Beach Resort Encinitas will be a luxury oceanfront hotel with 130 guestrooms, including 16 suites. Expected to open in early 2021, the resort will have an oceanview restaurant with rooftop patio, a pool with pool bar and an infinity-edge hot tub, Spa Alila and wedding and events venues. Designed by San Diego-based Joseph Wong Design Associates with interior design by Mark Zeff Associates, Alila Marea Beach Resort Encinitas will blend into the bluffs with natural building materials and native plants, delivering on the brand’s reputation of eco-design.
Bottleworks Phase I Shares Updates for Bottleworks Hotel
The Bottleworks District has released a new suite of renderings for its Bottleworks Hotel as construction continues on the $300-million, urban, mixed-use development in downtown Indianapolis. The hotel, along with The Garage Food Hall, movie theater and retail and office space, is scheduled to open by the end of the year.
Occupying the top two floors of the historic bottling works administration building, Bottleworks Hotel weaves historic architectural features with modern hotel amenities. Updated Bottleworks Hotel renderings showcase the hotel’s reimagined lobby with terrazzo floors, plaster detailing, colorful ceramic tile and brass Art Deco-patterned doors, restored to their historic state. Entry to the 140-key boutique hotel will be located at the southwest corner of the historic building. where the iconic frozen fountain Coca-Cola sign once topped the roof. Originally the building’s “Filler Machine Room,” a rolling conveyor belt leading to the bottling rooms has now been replaced by the hotel’s front desk area.
Hatteras Sky Plans for Adaptive-Reuse of Historic Homes into Boutique Hotel
国语两人做人爱费视频 Hatteras Sky, a commercial real estate development firm, has plans for Zelda Dearest, an adaptive-reuse boutique hotel development that will have 20 guestrooms in Asheville, NC. The Zelda Dearest hotel will debut the company’s Fitzgerald Estate hotel portfolio and pay homage to the author, artist and icon Zelda Fitzgerald and her husband, author F. Scott Fitzgerald. The Zelda Dearest project is located within walking distance of a variety of the city’s culinary and entertainment venues, as well as local wine and spirits destinations. Zelda Dearest is expected to open its doors in the spring of 2022.
Located on Biltmore Ave., the independently branded and operated hotel will preserve and re-energize three of Asheville’s historic downtown homes. Plans for Zelda Dearest include construction of outdoor spaces such as a wedding and event patio, a game lawn, gardens, fire pits and on-site visitor parking. The boutique hotel’s interior will be inspired by the timeless elegance associated with the Fitzgeralds’ lives and literary works. Dearest is the first of Hatteras Sky’s planned historic redevelopments in Asheville, with additional projects planned for the Downtown and River Arts District neighborhoods.
